One-On-One Nutrition Coaching

Join me for 12 weeks of one-on-one nutrition coaching!

Here's what you can expect upon purchase of your 12 weeks of coaching:

  • An initial questionnaire to be completed prior to working together.
  • Email exchanges between you and me (your coach).
  • Macros specific for you and your goals based on your logged data.
  • A specified sample day of eating for you.
  • Recommended supplements to help you meet your goals, if needed.
  • Advanced fat loss nutrition support as needed.
  • In depth information on your macronutrients & hormones to give you the tools to reach your goals even when we are not working together.
  • A specific member’s portal for your nutrition to help you reach your goals. This portal includes:
    • Recipes
    • Putting Together A Meal PDF
    • Information on Hormones
    • Grocery Lists
    • Sample Meal Plans


Here’s what I as your coach expect from you:

  • 3 month minimum commitment to ensure we have time to adjust and see proper results.
  • Minimum weekly communication about how your plan is fitting for you.
  • Tracking of your hunger, energy, and cravings.
  • Completed initial questionnaire within 48 hours of signing up so I can best individualize your plan.
  • Minimum 1 week of tracking prior to beginning so that we have data to track.
  • Weekly weigh-in.
  • Monthly measurements with pictures.
