“I have always lived a relatively active lifestyle and enjoyed exercising. My workouts would mostly consist of spin classes, the treadmill, and spending an hour or two at the gym all while mostly maintaining my weight and not losing many inches or gaining much strength. After I had my son, I knew those days of an hour or more workouts were not practical, especially while my husband was deployed. This is when I met Kristen.
