I am SO EXCITED for this month’s burpee challenge!! Depending on your fitness level there are several ways you can approach this challenge. The first will be to simply be able to do 30 burpees. You can split these up into 10 burpees at three different times per day, or however you want it. You can even stick to the modified burpees for the whole challenge. Once you can do 30 burpees, you’ll add in the recommended burpee variations! Below is the calendar for you to print with variations each day, as well as a reminder of when to rest. You’ll also find the videos for each video below. The first THREE burpees are in the first video. Let’s get fitter this month!
